PUBLISHING SERVICES
Proofreading
Katie’s focus is on fiction projects. Preferred genres*:

• Romance, including erotic romance
• Erotica
• Mystery
• Women’s fiction
• Historical fiction

New clients only: I will do a test proof of up to 10 pages/2500 words for free.
Fiction rate: $0.004/word ($4/1000 words) with a minimum charge of $50
*Dark romance and nonfiction projects: Contact to discuss specifics.
NOTE: You will be required to supply a style sheet with correct spellings of proper names used within the project.

Formatting
Katie creates ebook and print files using Vellum. If she formats your project, she will do up to two sets of corrections before final delivery and includes one update to the file whether it is for corrections or updating of backmatter after final delivery. For every additional update request, she will charge $25 for up to 25 typo changes OR one update to backmatter. You will be provided the base Vellum files with the final delivery.
Single full-length novel for ebook & print: $100
Novella (up to 30,000 words) for ebook & print: $50

Social Media Graphics
Katie can create a wide range of graphics for social media use. You will be required to provide any royalty-free images you want used within the graphics. Once a concept is agreed upon, Katie offers up to 5 iterations of the graphics.
Rates:

• Set of 10 Instagram post, stories, or a mix graphics: $75
• Set of 5 YouTube thumbnails: $50
• Set of 10 Facebook posts: $100

CONSULTING SERVICES
Katie offers 1-on-1 consulting on a number of topics including:

• Fiction publishing
• Working with libraries as an author/publisher
• Developing a YouTube channel
• Entering the field of librarianship

Rate: $300/hour
